Good evening, i consulted on the 2nd april because my left thumb joint was very painful when i try to carry something. i was given celebrex to finish for a month.the pain still persist, and starts to have a feeling of being burned. pls can you advice?

Orthopedic exam: you may have nerve compression or entrapment: sometimes, an injection of novocaine and a short acting steroid like cortisone derivatives can be very helpful in addition to other oral anti-inflammatory therapy.
