A member asked:

Rnp antibody, speckled pattern, titer of 1:320. no symptoms or anything. high complement c3 & c4 levels. do i have an autoimmune disease?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not necessarily: Do you have any symptoms? If you do not, stay in touch with your doctor for follow-up care. An abnormal lab results does not make it auto-immune disease, but it does put you at a greater risk. Avoid exposure to sun.
