Good day, both my kids 9 & 13 have very itchy scalp, no lice detected and no rash or dry scalp. any idea what it can be and a basic treatment please?

Vinegar rinse: You will never see lice or their nits (eggs) until they have been active more than 10 days. If this is early you can sometimes kill/remove them with a good apple cider vinegar lather/rinse applied for a few days. It can reduce the itching too. If this is no help find a good anti-itch shampoo.
