Surgery on tear duct 52 yrs ago last 3 years on/off partially blocked duct if had growing cancer tumor in duct would see it on brain mri ?

Cancer unlikely: Tear duct cancer is virtually unheard of. The symptoms are more likely to be due to scarring in the duct.
