Sinusitis - repeated: Mucosal thickening (of layer covering the sinuses) & sinus polyps may point to multiple attacks of sinusitis. Sinus polyps, in particular, point to allergic sinusitis. (Are you allergic to many things? Aspirin?). Unless the polyps block the sinus passages, little is done for them. Without symptoms, not much to do aside from treat allergies.
