Hi please advise on swollen area under jaw and on cheek. how long should it be left before seeing a doctor a couple of small hard lumps on skin surface too.

Have it looked at: You may have parotitis. Several reasons for this condition makes it hard to say when it must be seen. I'd have it checked out by a GP to start. If you are having pain, redness, enlarging growth go sooner than later.
