Which one?: There are several different anti hypertensive medications, in general they don't cause constipation, may some like nifedipine, rarely cause . You want to check with your doctor for a cause of your constipation, meanwhile drink more plain water, can use prune juice, unless contraindicated and be more mobile, walk more, wish you wellness
