Parts of my foot get swollen and tender and when they do heal, theu leave bruises and lumps. im a dance instructor and i wear heels. fibrosis?

Contusion: Dancing in high heels over and over may cause swelling and pain to different areas of the foot. Causes bruising. Try different shoes. Should be evaluated.
