Plantar Fibromatosis: Plantar fibromatosis can be a cause of painful lumps located on the bottom of your feet. I would suggest getting evaluated by a podiatrist to find out exactly what's going on.

Contusion: Dancing in high heels over and over may cause swelling and pain to different areas of the foot. Causes bruising. Try different shoes. Should be evaluated.
