Blood tests say, "absolute lymphopenia without leukopenia". platelets 120k, abs. lymph 0.89. the rest in normal range. always fatigued! should i worry?

Hematologist: I recommend that you consult a hematologist as your platelet count and the percentage of lymphocytes are low. You don't mention your red blood cell findings so we cannot tell whether you have anemia to explain your fatigue. Your primary care physician can also investigate for other causes of fatigue.
