Almost conclusive: There have been few if any HIV infections proved to be acquired by receiving oral sex (i.e. form mouth to penis), so you were at little or no risk for HIV, even if your partner had it. The AgAb HIV blood tests ("4th generation", "duo", "combo") are nearly conclusive at 4 weeks but not truly 100% until 6 weeks.

After exposure unprotected sex with unkonw status i get some symptoms but teste negative after 6 months and 8 montsh too on hiv can i rule out hiv ? 4th gen tests?
