Little or no risk: HIV can be transmitted by oral sex, but extremely rarely. And if your partner has not had sex with other men and is not an injection drug user, it is very unlikely he has HIV. Finally, most HIV tests are positive within 6 weeks. If you had an antigen-antibody combination test, you're definitely home free; these tests are always positive by 4 weeks. If in doubt, ask your doctor or clinic.
