Please help these are my white blood cell count wbc's auto , my value 3.6 x1000/mcl, standard range 4.0 - 11.0 x1000/mcl, is this concerning ?

Not really: There are several causes for such reading, viral infection is the most common, may be medications you are on, etc. Also other readings on the report as differential count, platelets count l, Hb, which I assume are fine. The ultimate answer would from the doctor who ordered the test, good luck
