I got red pore-like dots on my foot near my infected blister, i don't know what or how i got them.

Petechiae: Most likely these are petechiae which are small ruptured vessels near the surface of the skin. You can see them near infections where swelling and pressure has ruptured those vessels. They should improve over the course of 1-2 weeks as the infection improves.
