My 10 month old cannot keep down antibiotics. diagnosed with chest bacterial infection this morning at er after vomiting several times including fever last night. fever keeps spiking and using suppository. please advise what to do?

Consider the obvious: If he can't keep down any meds he may need to go in for an injection. Maintaining hydration is the most important thing you can do with any home managed illness. Frequent small amounts orally or ice chips/applesauce can help. If he begins to look bad or won't pee within 8 hrs he needs to go back in.
