Sure: Feeling weak or not welll is not dependent of the presence of measles but on a huge variety of things. Since I do not know your history i cannot extrapolate what else it could be but the causes range from mundane-too much work and too little time to bad diseases. Most people have the fformer-too little time and too much work.
