A member asked:

If my child gets the mmr vaccine and my baby and myself aren't vaccinated, can we catch measles from her just getting vaccinated?

No: MMR given to child will not risk you and baby from getting the clinical measles disease. If you have not gotten the vaccine before, should get it now to avoid disease. Baby to get it at appropriate age 12-15 months.
