A member asked:

Do i need to take my 10 month old son for his measles vaccinations now that it is due or can it wait until the coronavirus pandemic has calmed down as i dont want to expose him unnecessarily in clinics or hospitals.

Not due yet: His measles vaccine is not due until his first birthday, so you've got a couple of months for things to quiet down. I recommend you still go in for well child care. If worried about exposure, ask pediatrician if they are having special hours for well kid exams or ask for first appointment of day when office is cleanest. Don't skip needed vaccines!

Immunizations: While you have a window of time to immunize, pediatricians advise that babies under a year of age have their regular well child visits and immunizations more or less on time. Special arrangements have been made so that well child visits are first in the morning when the space is freshly cleaned, or in some systems, well children are seen at one pediatric office and ill children at a separate one
