I had a hip arthrogram and it showed femoralactebular impingment what is usually done for this? it is a cam infringement. please help

There are 3 types: of femoral acetabular infringement (FAI). You have the type which involves the femoral head which is no longer smooth and wears away the acetabular cartilage ultimately leading to hip replacement. Medications and hip injections can buy you some time but will not change the ultimate progression. Discuss with the surgeon ordering the arthrogram.
