Unable to get rid of hip rotation after 1.5 yr physiotherapy. have dysplasia cam impingement no pain just dufficulty walking. what's going on?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Bony Block: You may have some physical block to full hip range of motion due to abnormal shape of your femoral head or acetabulum, or a bone spur blocking your motion, which may result in a non-congruent joint and impingement during your normal arc of motion, hence precluding you from being able to utilize to normal full range of motion. Glad you have no pain, but you should see an orthopaedic joint surgeon.
