How fast tongue scc grows?does it double in size every few mnths?if painful ulcer size hasnt changed in 1 year,does it confirm that it is not scc??

SCC unlikely: If the ulcer size has not changed in one year, it is unlikely to be SCC. Confirmation would require excision of the lesion and examination of the tissue by a pathologist. However, any non-healing ulcer should be evaluated as it may be a symptom of an underlying systemic illness.
