Eat healthy: Eat a healthy diet which is mainly plant based(grains, veggies and fruits). The best source of proteins are fish, soy(tofu), eggs and nuts like almonds and walnuts. Use these proteins instead of whey protein. If nause and bloating do not go away in one more week, you need to to see a doctor for medical examination and good check up of your belly.
