Have not breastfed in years but have what appears to be a milk bleb on nipple. mammogram 4 months ago normal. is a bleb possible after all this time?

Possibly: more likely a small gland with infection, but could be milk production as well. Get checkup with your doctor to be sure. Discuss mammograms with your doctor as well.
