See surgeon: When you have these episodes to examine and evaluate both the breast, nipple mass and discharge. Mammograms much less sensitive in younger women and may miss lesions.

Breast ultrasound: may be useful as next imaging test. A mammogram is only part of the process of working up a lump. Seeing a breast surgeon may also be helpful.
