Sounds OK: If the exam, mammogram and ultrasound were normal, i would feel comfortable. If anything changes, visit the same doctor who examined you before. Tingling is an unusual symptom that is unlikely to be worrisome.

I doubt it: It is not possible to define why you have this sensation. I do not think it has any significance other than what you feel. I would advice you to not worry and try to ignore it. It will likely settle down on its own very soon!
