Details: A detailed description of the chest pain with timing during the day, triggers/ alleviating factors, history including circumstances at onset will be needed. Another important sign is if pain is reproducible by palpation as musculoskeletal origin is hard to prove otherwise through imaging. Stay in touch with your treating physician and take a log with pain variation during the day at your visit.
