On ultrasound if it shows blood flowing through a thyroid lump does that mean it is cancer?

Not necessarily: An active benign nodule, also called a hot nodule, would have blood flowing through it. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV vaccine
