Lump on my neck, it moves when i swallow and today it's hard to swallow.normal blood test,ultrasound said not a typical lump. what could it be?

Lumpy neck: Where is it located? This could be something as simple as a vocal cord cyst, which usually occurs from overuse injury (singers, singing outside of your vocal range for long periods, etc). These usually resolve on their own. However, in order to find out, you likely need a CT scan of your neck to rule out other causes, especially if you have increasing difficulty swallowing. Need to examine: If an ultrasound and supposedly examination by a doctor have not provided an answer, it would not be feasible to answer the question in this forum. It may require additional imaging, needle aspiration biopsy or open biopsy and examination of the material by a pathologist.
