Pregnancy Diet: There are no specific fruits that are better than others during pregnancy. Fruits are part of healthy diet and I totally encourage you to include them. Make sure you are balancing them with adequate proteins and carbohydrates and be sure to not consume too many as they will be high is sugars (fructose) and, if consumed in too high a quantity, can cause diarrhea.
