Most fine in : Moderation. Large amounts of fresh pineapple (contains bromelain) may soften the cervix ; stimulate smooth muscle contraction. However many women eat pineapple through out pregnancy without issues. Passion flower is not recommended by some during pregnancy because some substances it contains may cause uterine contractions (per medline plus).

http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/druginfo/natural/871.html. UNRIPENED Papayas can reportedly trigger uterine contractions but ripened papaya is reported to be safe in pregnancy. LARGE amounts of Pomegranate are reported to have potential to trigger uterine contractions. It is recommended by some that the seeds be avoided during pregnancy.

NO: Shark is one of the types of fish that has the highest mercury content, and the EPA advises pregnant women to avoid Shark along with Swordfish, King Mackerel, and Tilefish. Websites from the EPA and HHS can give you more information about the safety of fish in pregnancy, as can your obstetrician.
