All fresh fruit!: Pregnant women can safely consume all fresh (preferably organic) fruits and vegetables provided they wash them well with clean uncontaminated water and are not allergic to them. If you have been diagnosed with diabetes mellitus talk to nutritionist about the amount and type of fruits to consume. Don't overdo it with carrots/tomatoes because they can cause hypervitaminosis a - a potential teratogen.
