My son 2 year old son has a splinter in his foot. i can not seem to get it out and now it seems infected. is there something i can put on to try and draw it out.

Find someone who can: These are troublesome wounds that can eventually lead to a serious infection within the complicated layers within the foot. If infection gets down into the ligaments you are looking at IV medications and or surgery before the infection can be controlled. I would find someone at urgent care to assist in its removal & treat the infection before it is out of control.
