Varied symptoms: These symptoms are not interrelated. Recurrent muscle cramps can be due to deficiency of calcium,magnesium, sodium or potassium. The lump may be a lymph node, cyst or other growth and would have to be examined by a physician. Right hand symptoms are nonspecific. Bottom line is a physician would have to take a history, perform a physical examination and order any necessary tests in order to advise
