Hmm?: That depends on a number of variables. If a person was a recluse with no contact with the outside world - it may be significant if the heart attack was severe. I can not provide an accurate response for this question.

Possible: I do not think you mean dying in the woods? However, of the 700000 heart attacks a year some are silent and die. Some are confused with GI distress or other conditions. So the heart attack is not identified.
