Does getting very fast heart beat in a panic attack puts you at risk of dying if you have a healthy normal heart?

Transient rate increases approaching 180 at your age are well tolerated by the heart. I find the idea that would increase risk of dying not reasonable. I would suggest that you find a life coach/therapist to teach you stress management techniques. It could be a drug free way to handle the issue.
