After sitting down from being on my feet for a while, from my knees down i get numbness and cramping in my feet..any known reason why?

Numbness and cramps: Symptoms that appear on your lower extremities when you change positions, i.e. Sitting, may be due to a positional radiculopathy..In other words, you may have a lower back problem such as a herniated disk or arthritis, or a knee problem. Please consult with either a neurosurgeon or an orthopedic surgeon that specializes in back problems.
