I was in er in december with what was said to be a stomach ulcer. ive been having pain for more than 2 hours and pain medicine doesnt work. what must i do its unbareable?

Pain Med?: A stomach ulcer should be on A proton pump inhibitor such as Prilosec or nexium ,and/or H2 blocker such as pepcd or zantac.Can use Tums for symptomatic relief .Also should be tested for a bacteria such as H.pyloi.However should not be on a pain medicine such as motrin,alleve etc as that may use an ulcer.If still having the symptoms then need to see Gastroenterologist and have EGD.
