You mean Losec (omeprazole)?: If you have ulcers, are taking high-dose Omeprazole without relief, and your symptoms are as severe as you describe then please go the emergency room. While ulcers may or may not account for all your distress, the risk that non-healing ulcers can perforate, bleed, obstruction is too great to ignore.
