could a fragment of tooth root (my ent doctor believe) in sinus cause headaches only on one side? what else could a white shadow on xray be in sinus?

See below: about 20% of all maxillary sinus infections are caused by tooth infections, Basically, basically tooth and gum abscesses of the upper back teeth can eat through the bone and invade the maxillary sinus. Mucositis is also a possibility. Please see a dentist asap.
