Visit your Ob team: It would be wise to visit your Obs team or to seek an evaluation in an emergency Ob Unit where you can be examined, have some blood tests (CBC, betaHCG level...) and obtain a pelvic sonogram. This would be the best way to answer your concerns and obtain some reassurance.
