Can it be possible that when i get an allergic reaction and i sneeze should i be sneezing blood a little or not?

Not that much. : Allergic rhinitis can cause trace nosebleeds on tissue, especialy if on nasal sprays. Stop use, add humidifier to bedroom. Gusher? Get seen. Check for ple us of capillaries on the septum. ENT can cauterize. Consider bloodwork to rule out clotting disorder, leukemia. You shouldn't be sneezing blood.
