No: thjs sounds more like benign nabothian cysts of the cervix, polyps are fleshy/pink finger like in shape.

I am menopausal (10 years) and had brown spotting in November for 4 days. Spotting returned 1 month later with a tinge of fresh blood. Saw my GYN and she did an ultrasound. Found endometrial thickening of 13mm and what might be a polyp low in the cervix.
Is liver showing diffuse increased parenchymal echogenicity with 2 small calcific foci in right lobe measuring about 2.5mm each is something to worry?
