An attempted endometrial biopsy was done with my annual pap but couldnt do it. found out next day i had a bv infection while they did it .dangerous?

Assuming the "BV" was discovered by a culture done prior to the attempted endometrial biopsy, and then the cervical exterior and canal was treated with an antiseptic, the risk of spread is minimal.
