Lymphadenitis: That's a rather large lymph node and it makes sense to continue to evaluate it until a clear diagnosis is made. Probably not related to your RA. Probably not serious, but better safe than sorry. Any skin infection or other problem in the same limb? Even something as minor as a hangnail? Any cat exposure? (Cat scratch disease is one of the most common causes of isolated lymph node inflammation.)
