Could be bad: Brugada syndrome is a potentially life-threatening heart rhythm disorder. Marijuana can acutely raise heart rate and blood pressure -- and also make people more likely to have a heart attack. Coronary artery disease increases incidence of marijuana-induced acute angina even more. Discuss with your own physician -- but if your heart health matters to you, smoking marijuana isn't smart.
