24 Hrs: These meds should be taken only once every 24 hours. However, your boyfriend may be alright with a slightly higher dose as you have reported. If he has any possible overdose side effect symptoms go to an Urgent Care Center or emergency room immediately. Otherwise, just adhere to the regular prescribing information in the future.
