I had a fibroscan & the results are metavir score f1, portal fibrosis w/o septa, median e 3.6 kpa, & iqr is 0.5 kpa. ultrasound is heterogeneous & 2 biliary tract dilatation (no galbladder)& mass in upper right quad. can you explain this please?

I think it : best and most efficacious if you contacted the individual who ordered the scan. Interpreting imaging or laboratory results in most cases is senseless without the clinical component
