Normal: The texture of the liver on ultrasound can normally be course and reflect such entities as diet . Don't loose too much sleep over this just yet.

I had a fibroscan & the results are metavir score F1, portal fibrosis w/o septa, median E 3.6 kPa, & IQR is 0.5 kPa. Ultrasound is heterogeneous & 2 biliary tract dilatation (no galbladder)& mass in upper right quad. Can you explain this please?
