GERD-Barretts-Cancer: In your case with loose Nissan, and have free exposure to acid/bile from chronic Reflux. Typically more than 3-5 years, and particularly with high risk factors, should undergo screening for Barrett's esophagus with endoscopy every three to five years.5-10% develops Barretts, but only 1 % go on to develop Cancer. White, > 50 yrs man ,who is obese , smokes cig.has F/Hx of barretts/Ca,are HIGH RIsk
