Reflux: You need to follow up with your gastroenterologist and get an EGD--endoscopy. Sooner not later. If the reflux worsens, abdominal pain develops, or you cough up blood then go to the Emergency Department.

EGD?: Have you been getting surveillance endoscopies after the Nissen? To my understanding, the Nissen will reduce the reflux but not necessarily eliminate the future potential for Barrett’s.
