Elbow joint: Problems are common, as tennis or golf elbow, you don't need to play either tennis or golf to develop such disorders, but certain movements / wrong lifting can cause these symptoms. You want to rest the joint, take NSAIDS, unless contraindicated, and see your doctor who may refer you to a specialist, wish you well and good luck
